Solving CPU Thermal Throttling
In the freezing wasteland, my CPU was burning up; in complex indoor scenes, temps hit 92-98℃, crashing my FPS to 30. I tried setting fans to full speed in the BIOS, but the noise was unbearable and temps only dropped by 4℃. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to set a stepped increase to 85-100% between 75℃ and 90℃. AIDA64 confirmed temps stabilized at 72-78℃, and the GamePP Hardware Sensor page showed thermal throttling had completely vanished. Now it's quiet and cool.
