How to fix input lag on Colorful H610M-K M.2 V20 in Metro?

Every time I tried entering the underground tunnel scenes, the screen would just freeze for about 0.3 seconds, which is a total nightmare during fast movement. After digging into the logs, I found the Colorful H610M-K PCIe bus was hitting 14-22ms of scheduling latency during high I/O bursts, causing frame times to jump wildly between 18-38ms. I initially tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' in Windows, but that just bumped the CPU idle clock without touching the actual interface lag—totally useless. I eventually dove into the BIOS Advanced settings, switched PCIe Link State Power Management from Auto to Disabled, and set the bus priority to High Performance. Checking the RTSS graph, the frame times immediately tightened up to 12-16ms, and the game felt responsive again. I did hit a snag where the system had a slight detection delay during cold boots after disabling power management, but flashing the latest chipset drivers killed that issue. VRM temps stayed between 46-53℃ throughout. Verified the bus scheduling parameters are locked in the BIOS profile.
