How do I fix micro-stuttering in Metal Gear Solid Delta with a Great Wall GW3500 512GB?

Scene transitions had annoying micro-stuttering. I tried using the default driver, but the latency remained high. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor Page to identify the outdated 2023 driver and updated it to the latest version. Benchmark tests confirmed rendering latency converged to 95-105ms, down from 110-125ms. The transitions are now perfectly smooth. I can finally enjoy the game.
