Tuning Motherboard Voltage
While experiencing the grand scenes of the Shadow of the Erdtree, occasional micro-stutters were incredibly distracting. I tried disabling all power-saving options in Windows; while frequencies were locked, the random micro-stutters remained. I then used GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to switch to L3 mode and set VCCSA to 1.22V. CPU core voltage stabilized at 1.21-1.23V per GamePP, and MemTest86 confirmed zero bit-flip errors, with frame times at 12-16ms per RivaTuner.
