Night City Driving Stutters
Driving through the neon districts of Night City, my FPS would plummet from 60 to 20, making the experience feel terrible. I first tried lowering all graphics settings to Low, but the stutters from shader compilation remained, which felt like a futile effort. I used the GamePP Shader Compilation Queue Manager to limit compilation to 4 cores and cleared 4.2GB of redundant cache. Frame times converged to 16-22ms per RTSS, CPU usage dropped from 92-98% via GamePP, and temps hit 72-77℃ per HWMonitor.
