How do I stop thermal throttling in Destiny 2 on my Maxsun MS-Terminator B850M WIFI?

Long matches caused temps to hit 85℃, triggering throttling. I tried maxing fans to 100%, but it was too noisy. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to set a 70℃ trigger. AIDA64 showed core temps dropping to 72℃. Fan speed stabilized at 1500-1800 RPM. Performance remained consistent without the noise.
