How to fix waxy textures in Control 2 at 4K?

In the surreal office buildings, wall textures looked as blurry as wax after enabling DLSS, which was jarring at 4K. I tried switching to Balanced mode, but while I gained 10 FPS, the blurriness worsened, making me very cautious. I used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to raise sharpening from 50 to 78 and restored render resolution to 100%. GPU temperature stayed at 60-66℃ per AIDA64, and VRAM usage stabilized at 12.1-14.8GB per GamePP.
