Why do scene transitions in Dragon's Dogma 2 take up to 10 seconds to load on my Maxsun motherboard?

Teleporting from the city to the wilderness in Dragon's Dogma 2 used to break my immersion with 10-second loading screens. I first tried lowering graphics quality, which barely helped and made the game look terrible. I then used the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to lock my memory frequency from 5600MHz to 6000MHz. I adjusted the voltage from 1.35V to 1.40V after an initial blue screen at the lower setting. Post-fix, loading times dropped to 4 seconds, and frame generation intervals stabilized at 10-12ms as analyzed by GamePP Frame Time Analysis, confirming the fix.
