Ark 2 Driver Conflict Fix
Frame times in Ark 2 jumped from 8ms to 45ms during combat, causing severe stutter. I tried disabling my camera in Device Manager, which stopped the stutter but killed my stream. I then used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detection Tool to set Razer Synapse to manual start and enable hardware encoding in OBS. This resolved the resource competition on my Thermalright PS120 SE Phantom Spirit build. RivaTuner showed the frame interval stabilizing from 8-45ms to 7-12ms. Task Manager confirmed CPU usage dropped to 65-72%. The game runs smoothly, verifying the fix.
