Fix Open World Memory Lag
While jumping across city rooftops, the screen would freeze for 0.8 seconds without warning, which is a total pain in an open world. I tried manually setting Windows virtual memory to 16GB, but this only caused disk I/O to spike to 100% per Task Manager, making the stutters even worse. I eventually used the GamePP Process Priority Manager to set background services to low priority and reclaimed 1.5GB of redundant cache. GamePP monitoring showed real-time occupancy dropped from 7.8GB to 6.2GB, with memory pressure at 94-98% and temps stable at 41-46℃ per HWiNFO.
