How to fix severe stuttering in Valdrakken with Seagate FireCuda 540?

Every time I enter Valdrakken, my plugins make the game run like a slideshow, which is absolutely maddening. I tried deleting non-essential plugins, but I lost critical combat monitoring needed for raiding. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set I/O priority to High and cleared 12GB of temp cache. FrameView showed peak latency dropped from 110ms to 35ms, HWiNFO confirmed temps at 46-52℃, and GamePP monitored fan speeds at 1200-1500RPM.
