Fixing Memory Timing Conflicts
It was so annoying—walking just a few steps in the streets of Novigrad caused a stutter, making exploration an absolute pain. I first tried increasing the Windows virtual memory to 48GB, but the stuttering didn't decrease and the system became sluggish, which made me furious. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to lower primary timings to 16-18-18-38 and set voltage to 1.35V. AIDA64 showed latency converged to 74-78ns (from 92-115ns), and MemTest86 confirmed zero errors after 4 passes.
