Fixing Texture Loss & CTDs

Exploring the foggy streets, walls would suddenly vanish, followed by the game crashing to the desktop—it was infuriating. I first tried lowering texture quality, but it still crashed even on medium settings, which felt like a complete waste of time. Using the GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor, I manually locked the system page file to 32GB on my NVMe and adjusted I/O priority. A 3-hour stress test confirmed no crashes, with VRAM usage at 11.2-11.8GB per GamePP and core temp stable at 60-66℃ per AIDA64. VRAM hit 82℃
