Civ 7 keeps crashing with driver timeouts in the late game on my Vastarmor RX 9070 XT. Should I tweak VRAM clocks?

Every time I hit the late-game war phase, the game would just vanish. It was a total disaster—the combination of this game's optimization and my drivers was a joke. The Vastarmor Radeon RX 9070 XT Super Alloy PRO has a high factory overclock, but after hours of play, the VRAM clock around 2.5GHz started showing voltage instability, triggering a TDR (Timeout Detection and Recovery) crash. I tried disabling all overlays, but that did absolutely nothing for the stability. I eventually went into the driver and manually downclocked the VRAM by 50MHz and set the power mode to 'Ad
