How to fix resource scheduling on Maxsun B850ITX WIFI ICE?

When loading massive voxel terrain, I noticed these micro-tears in the visuals that made building feel incredibly sluggish and unresponsive. Checking HWMonitor, the VRM on my Maxsun MS-eSport B850ITX WIFI ICE was hitting a critical 92-98℃, causing the CPU clock to bounce wildly between 4.8GHz and 3.2GHz. I first tried enabling Game Mode and disabling Core Isolation in Windows, but that was a total waste of time—it actually made the stuttering worse by trapping more heat. I eventually went into the BIOS → Advanced → CPU Configuration and manually capped the TDP to 65W, while rigging a small 40mm fan to blow directly onto the VRM heatsinks. In HWMonitor, core temps finally settled between 74-80℃, and the frame time gaps shrank from a messy 15-42ms down to a rock steady 11-16ms. It was a bit of a struggle at first because the power cap actually lowered my 1% lows until I tweaked the RAM timings to compensate. Now the VRM stays around 82-88℃ with fans pinned at 2200 RPM. After a full stress test, the frame delivery is finally smooth, though the fan noise is a bit distracting.
