Fanxiang S790 Cache Management
During sandstorms, high-res textures caused maddening stutters; GamePP showed read latency spiking above 35ms as SLC cache filled and speeds dropped from 7000MB/s to under 1500MB/s. I tried installing the game on a different partition, but the stutters returned after two hours of play, making me feel defeated by the hardware bottleneck. I accessed the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, set the depth to 2048, and enabled the write cache refresh strategy. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K reads improved to 70-78MB/s, and AIDA64 confirmed temperatures were between 48-56℃. Pure bliss now!
