Fixing RE9 Castle Scene Stutters
Every time I entered the gloomy castle scenes, the frame rate would plummet from 60 to 15, which was absolutely unbearable. I tried enabling High Performance mode in Windows, but CPU temperatures hit 92℃ per AIDA64 and the drops remained, which made me furious. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Wizard to manually set Vcore to 1.28-1.32V and LL to L3 mode. Cinebench R23 scores improved to 11200 points, and CPU temperatures stabilized at 78-84℃ per AIDA64.
