Solving Voltage Instability
It was infuriating; during map loading in the Roman Forum, my screen froze completely while the pump made a loud humming sound. I attempted to increase memory voltage thinking it was a RAM instability issue, but it didn't stop the crashes and just added 10 seconds to my boot time. I finally used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system into Ultimate Performance mode. GPU-Z showed the 12V rail voltage stabilized from 11.4-11.7V up to 12.0-12.1V, and AIDA64 confirmed a stable pump temp of 35-38°C.
