Can BIOS Load-Line voltage fix Corsair DDR5 6000 instability in Palworld?

Managing a massive base in this game is a joke; the frame rate just falls off a cliff. Even under medium load, my FPS was bouncing between 120 and 60, and the GamePP sensor page showed the CPU clock swinging from 3.5GHz to 4.8GHz with voltage fluctuations of 0.08V. I tried 'Maximum Performance' in the drivers, but all that did was make my fans scream while the stuttering stayed—totally pointless. I went into the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard, switched the load-line to manual, and added a 0.015V offset to the core voltage. In 3DMark, the frequency curve became a flat line and FPS stayed above 110.
