How to fix slow texture loading in Nightingale on Sapphire RX 590 8G D5?

Entering new areas caused 3.2s texture delays. I updated drivers, but it crashed. GamePP Driver Conflict Detector found old remnants. I reset the driver and set queue depth to 512. Loading dropped to 1.8s, with temps at 75-78℃ per GamePP. This fixes the lag.
