How do I fix motherboard voltage fluctuations causing stutter in Pacific Drive?

I complained about stuttering, and GamePP showed voltage fluctuating between 11.8-12.2V. Clearing processes didn't work. I used GamePP System Backup Tool to export my config and reset BIOS settings. Reboots confirmed voltage stabilized at 12.0V. The combat is now stable, and the power supply issues are completely resolved.
