Eliminate Frequency Drops
Lurking in the rainforest was a nightmare because annoying tearing lines kept appearing, killing my tactical immersion. I first tried enabling in-game V-Sync; while the tearing stopped, the input lag became unbearable, making it a total fail. I switched to the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to force High Performance mode and disabled core parking. This suppressed frequency fluctuations to ±100 MHz per GPU-Z, while fan speeds stayed steady at 1600-1800 RPM per HWInfo64.
