Why does my 9800X3D crash in Once Human base building?

Every time I placed a bunch of automated gear, the game just died. It was a disaster—the game's optimization and my CPU's cache stability were fighting each other. The 3D V-Cache on the 9800X3D is incredibly sensitive; even a tiny dip in SoC voltage between 1.1V - 1.2V triggers a kernel error. I tried disabling all overclocking, but that just cost me 10 FPS and the crashes kept happening—a total waste of time. I finally went into the BIOS and locked the SoC voltage at 1.25V and loosened the RAM timings from C30 to C32. In a 30-minute Cinebench R23 loop, temps stayed at 72°C
