Vastarmor RX 9070 XT Tuning
It's so annoying that this top-tier card drops frames; whenever I use a big skill in dungeons, the FPS plummets from 110 to 35. I tried 'Overclock Mode' in the drivers, but the system blue-screened three times, which was incredibly discouraging. I used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Wizard to tighten timings to 32-34-34-68 and raised voltage to 1.18V per GamePP voltage tool. AIDA64 stress tests showed latency stabilized at 62-68ns, with GPU temps at 64-70℃ per GamePP.
