How do I fix combat frame drops in Indiana Jones?

Combat frames spiked to 42ms due to driver conflicts. I tried disabling the camera, which killed my stream. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to set Razer Synapse to manual start. RivaTuner showed frame intervals stabilizing at 6-10ms, and OBS confirmed CPU usage dropped to 62-70%.
