How to fix 90% loading freezes in Nightingale on Zhitai TiPro9000?

The most breaking part was during large base construction, where the loading screen would hang at 90%, making me want to scream. I tried installing the game on a different partition, but loading speeds didn't change—a completely meaningless attempt. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase depth to 2048 and enabled forced write cache flushing. DiskSpeed now shows 4K reads improved to 65-78 MB/s, with AIDA64 confirming stable temps at 46-53℃.
