Fixing Rapid Temperature Spikes
When rendering complex scenes, CPU temperatures would spike from 70℃ to 95℃ instantly, causing terrible stutters. I tried setting all fans to 100% in BIOS; while temps hit 80℃, the noise was unbearable and minimum FPS dropped by 5 due to power fluctuations. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration to set a non-linear growth curve, peaking at 1800 RPM at 80℃. CPU temperature stabilized at 78-84℃ per AIDA64, frequencies hit 4.4GHz per CPU-Z, and fans hit 1200-1800RPM per SpeedFan. Time to backup at 1800RPM
