Fixing ITX Thermal Throttling
I've had enough—this ITX board is a disaster in high-dynamic scenes. Whenever Miles swings through Manhattan, the CPU hits 95℃ and the clock speed crashes from 3.6GHz to 2.1GHz. I first tried adding two small case fans, but the noise was deafening while the temperature only dropped by 3℃, which was an incredibly inefficient solution. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to max out the slope for 70-85℃ and set a CPU voltage offset of -0.03V. Cinebench R23 showed an 8% increase in multi-core score, and AIDA64 confirmed CPU temperature stabilized at 82-85℃.
