Fix Texture Flickering in Rome
Entering the Rome city square was a nightmare; those grand columns had jarring white flickering blocks that were incredibly distracting at 4K. I first tried lowering texture quality to medium, but the image just became blurry and the flickering persisted, leaving me feeling defeated. I then used the GamePP Driver Conflict Detection tool to kill redundant background services and enabled 8GB VRAM pre-allocation. RivaTuner showed my minimum FPS jump from 42 to 58, while AIDA64 confirmed VRAM temps stayed at 58-63℃ and GPU-Z showed VRAM at 11.2-13.8 GB. It's a total fix
