How do I stop combat stuttering in Senua's Saga: Hellblade II caused by high CPU temperatures on my PA140?

Combat was annoying with screen stutters and the CPU consistently above 90℃ per GamePP. I tried clearing background processes first, but the stuttering continued, which was ineffective. I used GamePP System Backup Tool to export the current configuration and reset the fan curve to optimize cooling. Multiple reboots confirmed system stability. CPU temperature dropped to 75-80℃. This reset ensured smooth combat performance. I now keep this config as a backup for any future thermal issues.
