Eliminating CPU Hotspots
High-intensity dungeon battles were maddening; I had obvious frame drops every few seconds. I tried the system's Extreme Performance mode, but it just added 15W of heat per AIDA64, making it worse. I used the GamePP Hardware Sensor page to find the hotspot and switched the pump from Intelligent to Forced Full Speed (3000 RPM). Frame times are now 12-15ms per RTSS, and the CPU is stable at 62-67℃ per AIDA64.
