How to fix DDR5 instability on Jginyue B760M Gaming D5?
These random BSODs were driving me insane; every time I entered a crowded area, the memory management error popped up, ruining the whole vibe. The memory controller on the Jginyue B760M Gaming D5 is just not cut out for 6400 MHz, leading to terrible signal interference. I tried the Auto-Overclock feature, but that just made it worse, moving the crashes from once an hour to once every ten minutes—a total waste of time. I eventually locked the frequency to 5600 MHz, tweaked the DRAM voltage from 1.25V to 1.30V, and loosened tRCD to 40. The frame time jitter dropped from 15-40ms to 12-18ms, and the BSODs vanished. I still had one boot failure at 5600 MHz until I updated the BIOS to the latest version. CPU is now 65-72℃ and RAM is 45-52℃. I saved the profile to a USB drive so I don't have to do this again.
