Stop CPU Thermal Throttling
I can't stand this—despite using a top-tier Thermalright air cooler, my CPU hits 95℃ in combat, causing frames to plummet from 80 to 40. I first tried setting the fan to full speed in BIOS; the noise was like a helicopter taking off, but temps stayed around 88℃, which made me furious. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to trigger max speed at 65℃ instead of 75℃. Cinebench R23 and AIDA64 confirmed max temps were suppressed to 78-82℃, and HWMonitor showed average temps at 70-75℃. Now I can safely backup
