How to fix physics engine lag in Far Cry 7 with DDR5 RAM?

FPS dropping to 48 in dense clouds was infuriating. Performance mode didn't fix the E-Core latency. I used GamePP BIOS Voltage Tuning Wizard to set LL to L3 and VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 showed a score of 37200. Temperatures stabilized at 78-84℃. The physics are smooth, and the frame rate is consistent now.
