How to fix stuttering when exploring new areas in Enshrouded?

I've had enough; every time I enter a new area, there's a glaring stutter that ruins the exploration. I first tried enabling PBO auto-overclocking in BIOS, but temperatures soared to 92℃ per HWMonitor, triggering the thermal wall and making stutters even worse. I then used GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game process priority to High and disabled background updates. Frame generation time converged to 14-22ms per RTSS, and CPU temps stayed at 65-72℃ per HWMonitor. It's finally a smooth journey!
