Why are Battlefield 2042 load times still long after I increased the queue depth on my Zhitai NVMe drive?

Waiting 45 seconds to load into 128-player maps in Battlefield 2042 was ruining my experience. I tried disabling the page file to free up resources, but that worsened the disk read/write conflicts and made the stuttering even worse. I realized the bottleneck was the NVMe queue depth on my Zhitai TiPro9000 4TB drive. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to increase the queue depth from 1024 to 2048 and enable forced write cache flush. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random read speeds improving from 52-58MB/s to 78-85MB/s, and load times dropped to 18 seconds.
