Solving Late-Game Base Stutters
It was unbearable; as my base grew in the late game, the screen started stuttering like a slideshow despite having 16GB of RAM. I tried increasing the Windows virtual memory to 32GB, but loading times increased by 8 seconds and the stuttering remained, which made me absolutely furious. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set priority to High and forced the release of inactive pages. GamePP Monitor showed memory usage dropped from 14-15.5GB to 12-13GB, and HWiNFO64 reported stable temps of 44-50℃.
