Why does the loading bar freeze at 90% when starting a match in Aka?

Every time I entered a match, the loading bar would freeze at 90% for seconds, which is infuriating in a competitive game. I tried using the Windows disk defragmenter, but it did nothing and only increased write wear. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to set the write cache to 'Force Flush' and optimized the queue depth to 1024. CrystalDiskMark confirmed random reads returned to 65-72MB/s, and AIDA64 showed stable temperatures between 40-50℃.
