Why does The Last of Us Part I freeze during fast camera turns?

I was totally immersed in the abandoned city streets until fast camera movements caused jarring screen freezes. It felt like my high-end rig was choking. I tried disabling fast startup and updating every single driver, but the stuttering frequency didn't budge. Finally, I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to bump the queue depth from 32 to 128 and enabled high-priority read/write mode. The results were night and day: frame time peaks dropped from 45ms to 14-18ms per RTSS, while random read response times hit 12-28ms via AIDA64. HWMonitor showed temps stayed cool at 42-51℃.
