How do I fix frame stutter in Khazan on B760M?

I was stuck in a dungeon loop, watching my character turn with a visible 8.3-12.1ms lag. I tried clearing temp files, but the JGINYUE B760M GAMING D5 memory controller still spiked. Then I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to set the game to Real-time priority and switched to High Performance power. AIDA64 showed RAM usage dropped from 14.2-16.8GB, and frame intervals stabilized to 5.1-6.4ms. It felt like a fresh install.
