Ghost of Tsushima AS500 Plus Fix
Exploring Ghost of Tsushima PC was ruined by the DeepCool AS500 Plus ARGB fan spiking to 2500 RPM. The abnormal noise was distracting and degraded the experience. I tried increasing the page file size first, but the frame rate dropped from 60 to 45 FPS, and the noise remained. It was a counterproductive move. I then used the GamePP Fan Curve Config Panel. I reduced the fan speed from 2500 RPM to 1800 RPM and raised the thermal threshold from 70℃ to 75℃. The noise level dropped from 45dB to 35-38dB, as confirmed by AIDA64. The core temperature stayed within the 70-75℃ range. The game ran smoothly without the annoying fan whine.
