Solving 4K Visual Jitter

While swinging through New York streets, I noticed eerie jagged tearing on screen edges, which was incredibly distracting at 4K. I tried forcing 16x Anisotropic Filtering in the driver panel; while textures became clearer, the tearing persisted, leaving me confused. I used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to raise sharpening from 40 to 68 and set the render scale to 95%. RTSS confirmed frame times converged to 8-11ms, and final stability was verified at 5.1-6.4ms with GPU temps at 62-67℃ per AIDA64 and 2400-2650 MHz via GPU-Z.
