When playing Resident Evil 9 horror scenes my VASTARMOR RX 9060 XT graphics card has background processes stealing resources causing huge frame rate swings, should I adjust priority to release cache and stabilize the gameplay?

Loading those tense horror scenes in Resident Evil 9 on the VASTARMOR Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB OC Black Alloy the VRAM got hammered by background contention and frames tanked from the 50-60 range straight down to around 40 leaving controls feeling sluggish. I popped open Task Manager and spotted background services chewing through 3 to 4 gigs of RAM, cleared some out and recovered roughly 2 gigs which made everything snap back to responsive right away. Then I tweaked process priority and the frame curve settled nicely into 52-62 with shorter load times too. The initial virtual memory change alone was pretty meh but adding a power plan reorder really clicked it into place. For this card the tweaks helped a ton though even after adjusting there are still limitations like in the heaviest chase moments the cooling demand pushes fan speeds higher. Overall the gameplay feels way better now. Task Manager confirmed the priority adjustment saved the balanced resource config successfully, first attempt was subtle but later runs stayed rock steady with no crashes at all. Plenty of players online reported the same smoother ride once dialed in properly.
