How to fix screen tearing during Once Human base building?

Building my base in the wilderness was a nightmare because annoying tearing lines kept appearing on the edges. I first tried enabling V-Sync in-game, but the resulting input lag was just unbearable. To solve this, I used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system into High Performance mode and disabled core parking. It worked wonders. CPU-Z showed frequency fluctuations narrowed to ±100MHz, and HWInfo64 confirmed fan speeds stabilized at 1500-1700RPM. FrameView showed the frame time fluctuation drop from 15-38ms to a perfectly linear curve.
