How do I fix CPU lag during PUBG parachute drops with Cooler Master B360?

I felt the immersion break when my character stuttered mid-drop. The Cooler Master MasterLiquid B360 pump lagged, spiking water temp from 42℃ to 58℃ per AIDA64, which throttled my CPU from 5.1GHz to 4.6GHz via HWiNFO. I tried locking the pump to max RPM, but the noise was unbearable. I switched to GamePP Hardware Sensor to visualize the curve. I adjusted the PWM signal to boost pump speed from 2000 to 2400 RPM at 45℃. After this tweak, AIDA64 showed stable temps at 45-48℃, and RTSS confirmed smooth 8-10ms frame times. I saved the profile to keep this fix permanent.
