Why does Minecraft RTX freeze when flying fast across terrain?

I felt totally ripped off when exploring new chunks in RTX mode; the obvious momentary freezes ruined the entire flow, especially near complex buildings. I tried enabling write cache flushing in the system, but it didn't stop the freezes and actually caused slight stutters when saving game files. I then used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration to increase the depth from 32 to 128 and locked the power plan to High Performance. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads rising to 51-57MB/s, and AIDA64 confirmed temperatures stable at 43-50℃, while GamePP showed Disk Active Time at 100%.
