Solving VRAM Instruction Blocking

While stealthing through the dense rainforest, I noticed weird jumps in VRAM response time, causing 0.3s micro-stutters during turns. It totally killed the immersion. I tried enabling low-latency mode in the driver panel, but while input response improved, the frequency of frame drops actually increased. I then used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to force VRAM access priority to Real-time and optimized the page file. RTSS confirmed frame generation intervals converged to 8.2-11.5ms, and AIDA64 showed core temps stable at 64-71℃.
