Why does Manor Lords freeze when switching perspectives?

While building my manor, every quick zoom caused a 1.5-second freeze that was incredibly frustrating. I tried installing the game on different partitions, but loading times actually increased by a second, which felt totally pointless. I used the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configurator to increase depth from 1024 to 2048 and enabled the write cache refresh policy. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads jumped from 42MB/s to 61MB/s, and GPU temps stayed at 65-72℃ per GamePP.
