Fix Ghost of Tsushima Stutter on Vastarmor RX 9060 XT
Combat in Ghost of Tsushima was stuttering badly on my Vastarmor RX 9060 XT. I added more case fans, but the thermal gain was minimal and the lag remained. I used the GamePP Hardware Sensor Monitor to track temps, optimized the driver, and adjusted the power plan. Frame rate stabilized at 58-62 FPS per MSI Afterburner, with temps at 65-70℃ via HWiNFO64. This setup lets you export a consistent performance profile.
