Solve Intel Core Scheduling Lag
I was loving the Legendary Edition trilogy, but these random micro-stutters during galaxy map switches were killing the mood. I tried enabling High Performance mode in the Windows Power Plan, but while clock speeds rose, the scheduling conflict persisted, leaving me with 15-28ms latency spikes per RivaTuner. I finally used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to force the main process onto P-Cores and disabled background services. This pushed voltage to 1.28V via GamePP Hardware Sensor. Now, frame times are a silky 12-16ms per RivaTuner, and temps stay at 65-72℃ per GamePP Hardware Sensor.
